We’ll demonstrate how to temper the chocolate
You’ll make your chocolate handbag from scratch, choose the pattern of your handbag, the type of chocolate that you use, you’ll choose how to decorate it and learn different techniques for decorating
Package up your chocolates to take home, show off your new skills
Maximum 10 people per chocolate making the course

*We provide you with an apron & mobcap to wear for the duration of the course, though we recommend you wear comfortable shoes and short sleeves for the duration of the course.
